The American law firm Boies Schiller Flexner complained about Chrome, more precisely about its Incognito mode, since, in their opinion, this function does not protect users from data collection, even though on the website appears that we can make searches without being observed.
Google itself is a major personal data collector by analysing through its Google Analytics service the webpages viewed. The company is also one of the leaders of the firms assembling personal data’s for advertising purposes.
This complaint is the perfect occasion for warning users that the Incognito mode only protects from the closest surroundings by not saving the browsing history, personal datas are still collected.
